1. Introduction

Welcome to WAKAMONO AI - Vietnam's leading AI technology platform. These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of all services, applications, platforms, and technologies provided by WAKAMONO AGRICULTURAL DEVELOPMENT AND FOOD PROCESSING JOINT STOCK COMPANY ("Company", "we", "our").

By accessing, using, or registering an account with any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our services immediately. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms.

WAKAMONO AI provides a comprehensive ecosystem of AI/ML technology services including:

We are committed to providing high-quality services with 99.9% reliability. We reserve the right to update, suspend, or discontinue any service to ensure quality and security, with at least 30 days' notice for significant changes.

3. User Rights and Obligations

3.1 User Rights

• Use services according to authorized purpose and scope during the validity period
• Receive professional technical support from certified expert teams
• Protect and control personal information and business data
• File complaints and request compensation for services that do not meet commitments
• Access and export your data within 30 days after service termination
• Receive advance notice of important changes affecting services
• Participate in free training programs and technology updates

3.2 User Obligations

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering and using services
• Not use services for illegal, fraudulent, or unethical purposes
• Not violate intellectual property rights or copyrights of third parties or WAKAMONO AI
• Strictly comply with current Vietnamese and international legal regulations
• Pay all service fees in full and on time according to agreements
• Secure login information and not share accounts with third parties
• Not perform activities that may harm the system or other users
• Immediately report security breaches or unauthorized account usage

4. Security and Privacy

WAKAMONO AI is absolutely committed to protecting personal information, business data, and user privacy. We strictly comply with Vietnam's Cybersecurity Law and international data protection standards. The collection, processing, storage, and protection of information is detailed in our Privacy Policy. We use end-to-end encryption technology, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and the most advanced security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Data is stored in internationally certified data centers with 24/7 monitoring systems.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, technology, and other intellectual property related to our services are owned by WAKAMONO AI or licensed for use.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

In any case, our liability will not exceed the amount you paid for services in the 12 months before the event causing damage.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

9. Payment and Refunds

All payments must be made on time according to agreements. We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and other electronic payment methods.

Refund Policy: 100% refund within the first 7 days if services do not meet commitments. After 7 days, refunds are prorated based on remaining usage time with a 5% processing fee.

10. Service Termination

You may terminate services at any time with 30 days' notice. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if you violate these terms.

After termination, you have 30 days to export your data. After this period, data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
